Behavioral Health Overview
Our Behavioral Health professionals act as parallel support systems for individuals with behavioral/learning needs. We work with Paraprofessionals, Personal Care Assistants, Behavioral Specialist Consultants, ABA Therapists, Behavior Analysts, Mental Health Program Specialists, Therapeutic Support Staff and 1:1 Aides throughout the nation.
Our objective is to help them find positions that allow them to work alongside special education teachers, BCBA’s, psychologists and related therapists to increase the quality of care for those they are serving. With behavioral health professionals’ support, individuals can receive the attention and care that they deserve.
Behavioral Health Professionals specialize in the following:
- Performing therapeutic interventions.
- Maintaining attention and interest during activities and lessons.
- Facilitating Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Facilitating Individualized Service Plans (ISPs).
- Implementing behavioral, mental, and emotional modification techniques.
- Completing case notes to document individual’s progression.
- Building trusting and supportive relationships.

All shifts are available including weekends (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am). The DSPs will be responsible for promoting a safe and healthy learning environment for individuals, assisting with their independent living skills, advocating on medical appointments, initiating and following through on community and leisure time activities, supervising and assisting in medication administration, maintaining home cleanliness, and assisting with cooking, cleaning, and laundry. We're currently seeking Mental Health Professionals for full-time positions working with adults with IDDs in the Media, PA area. The highest need is for 2nd shift. Candidates must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in behavioral health/psychology/human services or a related field OR a bachelor’s degree in another field PLUS 2 years of behavioral health experience (and 12+ credit hours in behavioral health – this is required if bachelor’s is in other field). Eligible candidates must also have updated PA Clearances, a valid driver's license, and 3+ years of driving experience.

We are currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for full-time positions working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDDs) in the Royersford, PA area. These are residential based positions providing varying levels of support; some individuals needing more than others. The available schedule is second shift (3:00pm-11:00pm) with alternating weekends (Saturday & Sunday 9:00am-9:00pm). There is also an overnight shift available for Saturdays (9:00pm-9:00am). Eligible candidates must have a high school diploma and preferably some experience working with individuals with IDDs.
