Behavioral Health Overview
Our Behavioral Health professionals act as parallel support systems for students with special needs. We work with Paraprofessionals, Personal Care Assistants, Behavioral Specialist Consultants, ABA Therapists, Behavior Analysts, Mental Health Program Specialists, Therapeutic Support Staff and 1:1 Aides throughout the nation.
Our objective is to help them find positions that allow them to work alongside special education teachers and related therapists to increase the quality of care for our partners’ students. With behavioral health professionals’ support, our students can receive the attention and care that they deserve.
Behavioral Health Professionals specialize in the following:
- Performing therapeutic interventions.
- Maintaining students’ attention and interest during activities and lessons.
- Facilitating Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Implementing behavioral, mental, and emotional modification techniques.
- Completing case notes to document student progression.
- Building trusting and supportive relationships with students.

We are currently seeking a Registered Behavior Technician RBT (preferred) or a Paraprofessional for a full-time position working one on one with 2 high school students in the Glen Mills, PA area. Eligible candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and up-to-date clearances. The schedule is from 7:25am-4:10pm, Monday through Friday. RBT will assist one student with AM and PM bus transportation and assist another student throughout the school day.

We are currently seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time position conducting daily assessments of behavior management in an adult day program in the Berlin, NJ area. RBT will help to coach staff on proper verbal intervention and make recommendations regarding the need for a Behavior Intervention Plan.

We are currently seeking a Paraprofessional/Paraeducator for a full-time position working one on one with an elementary student in the Warminster, PA area. Eligible candidates must have a high school diploma and up-to-date clearances. This position starts immediately.
