We are currently seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a flexible part-time or full-time fully virtual position supporting cyber school students across Wyoming during the 2025–2026 school year. Caseloads are customizable, allowing you to build a schedule that fits your availability and preferred service model. Eligible candidates must hold a valid Wyoming OT license and have experience working with school-aged children, preferably in educational or teletherapy settings.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Wyoming
• Must have a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Experience in school-based, pediatric, or virtual therapy settings preferred
• Must meet all Wyoming state background check and clearance requirements

Responsibilities:

• Provide fully virtual occupational therapy services to K–12 cyber school students
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and access to virtual learning environments
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student engagement and success
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school, state, and legal guidelines
