We’re seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services to students in the Surprise, AZ area for the 2026–2027 school year.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active Arizona SLP certification/licensure through the AZ Department of Education and Department of Health Services required
- CCC-SLP preferred
- Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required
- Strong professional references
What You’ll Do
- Conduct speech/language screenings, evaluations, and therapy services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide individual and group therapy to support communication development
- Support students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
- Participate in assessments, consultations, re-evaluations, and team meetings
- Use evidence-based practices to support student success
