We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position working with students in the Surprise, AZ area for the 2026-2027 school year. Eligible candidates must be licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC preferred) in the state of Arizona and have a valid IVP Fingerprint Card.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active Arizona SLP certification/licensure through the AZ Department of Education and Department of Health Services
• CCC-SLP preferred
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required
• Strong professional references

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech/language screenings, evaluations, and therapy services for students with communication disorders
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide individual and group therapy to support communication, academic, social, and emotional development
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Support students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs using evidence-based practices
• Participate in assessments, re-evaluations, consultations, and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Promote inclusive, culturally responsive, and ethical practices within the school environment
