We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a part-time position (about 7 hours/week) serving Multiple Disabilities Support (MDS) transition students in the Norristown, PA area. Eligible candidates must be licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in the state of Pennsylvania, and must have up-to-date clearances

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed/certified Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Pennsylvania
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Must have up-to-date PA Clearances
  • FBI Fingerprints, PA Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy that supports functional communication for students with multiple disabilities who are preparing for transition.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and transition teams to reinforce communication skills across school, community, and daily living activities.
• Conduct assessments and maintain ongoing progress monitoring to adjust strategies based on student needs.
• Support students in developing and using appropriate communication methods, as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to transition planning, and complete all required documentation.
