We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time position working with school-aged students in the Reading, PA area. The position begins immediately and continues through the 2025–2026 school year. Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply! Supervision and support will be provided. All candidates must have up-to-date PA Clearances.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Pennsylvania state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF)
• Up-to-date PA clearances

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students with a variety of communication needs
• Conduct speech-language evaluations under supervision (for CFs), using standardized and informal assessment tools
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with the IEP team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress notes, and communication logs
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administrators to support student success in the classroom
• Receive regular supervision, mentorship, and support in alignment with ASHA’s CFY requirements (for CFs)
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals and strategies with guidance as needed (for CFs)
• Stay current with best practices in school-based speech-language services
• Follow all state, district, and federal guidelines for special education services and documentation
