1:1 School-Based Nurse LPN – Surprise (RF: 3268)
We’re hiring a 1:1 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide individualized nursing support for a student during the 2026–2027 school year.
Location: Surprise, AZ
Schedule: Full-Time | 8 hours/day
Start: August 2026
Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 /hour
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program
- Active Arizona LPN license required
- Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required
- Current in-person CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid driver’s license
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 nursing care and support throughout the student’s school day
- Ride the school bus with the student to and from school
- Monitor the student’s health and respond to medical needs
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student safety and success
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all nursing protocols
- Promote a safe, healthy, and supportive learning environment
