What You’ll Do

• Recruit candidates for school-based positions
• Build meaningful relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Match professionals with opportunities that fit their goals and experience
• Work closely with your team to hit hiring goals and celebrate wins
• Stay connected with placements as a trusted point of contact

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
• Customer service, sales, athletics, hospitality, or leadership experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

This role includes a base salary plus commission with no cap on earnings.
