How We Set You Up to Succeed

You won’t be thrown into the deep end. We train, coach, and develop our team. You’ll receive:

• Hands-on onboarding that includes training in recruiting, sales, and our specialized markets.

What You’ll Do

As a Humanus Recruiter, you will:

• Partner with our staffing team to identify and place top-tier talent.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and support them through each step of the hiring process.
• Stay connected with your placements as their main point of contact.
• Represent Humanus with professionalism, honesty, and a genuine commitment to our mission.
• Start in-office during your learning period, transitioning to hybrid as you demonstrate proficiency.

This role includes a base salary plus commission with no cap on earnings.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• Some experience in customer service or other people-focused roles preferred but not required
• Sales or recruiting experience is a plus!
• Comfortable managing relationships and guiding people through a process
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized, persistent, and motivated to hit goals
• Thrives in a performance-driven environment
• Compassionate, sharp, resourceful, and brings positive energy to the team
