We’re hiring full-time Paraprofessionals to support students in a classroom setting by assisting with learning, development, and daily routines.

Location: Lansdale, PA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, school hours

Pay: $19.00–$22.00/hour (based on experience)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• 6+ months of related childcare or classroom experience required
• CDA credential or 6 credits in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Current PA Clearances required
• Current CPR/First Aid certification

What You’ll Do

• Support implementation of student IEPs and classroom routines
• Assist teachers with academic, behavioral, and developmental support
• Document student needs, progress, strengths, and challenges
• Follow behavior support plans and assist with classroom management
• Support students during meals, toileting, gym, recess, field trips, and transitions
• Provide assistance in inclusive classroom settings with accommodations and modifications
• Assist with daily living, personal care, and mobility needs when needed
• Communicate student needs and progress with teachers and support staff
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment
