Paraprofessional PCA | Summer – Fort Washington (RF: 3138)
We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable Paraprofessional (PCA) to provide 1:1 academic and behavioral support to a student with special needs during the Extended School Year (ESY) program. Candidates with experience supporting students with challenging behaviors are strongly encouraged to apply.
Location: Fort Washington, PA
Duration: July 1, 2026 – August 6, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Top performers may be offered a full-time position for the 2026–2027 school year.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Must be 18+ years old
- School-based or behavioral support experience preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Current PA clearances, CPR/First Aid, TB test, and Physical required
- Reliable transportation
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 classroom and behavioral support
- Follow the student’s IEP and behavior support plan
- Assist with classroom activities, transitions, and student engagement
- Document student progress and behavior
- Work closely with teachers and school staff to support student success
