We’re hiring Paraprofessionals to provide academic and behavioral support for early intervention-aged students with special needs in the Chester, PA area. Paraprofessionals will support students with IEPs in classroom or daycare settings while working alongside certified staff.

Location: Chester, PA and surrounding areas

Schedule: Part-Time & Full-Time cases available

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Current PA Clearances (within 1 year):
  • FBI Fingerprints
  • PA Criminal Background Clearance
  • PA Child Abuse Clearance
• Mandated Reporter Training required
• Daily access to a reliable laptop or tablet required for service logs
• Ability to complete daily service logs within 24 hours of each work day
• Must complete 20 hours of professional development annually
• Previous experience working with individuals with special needs preferred

What You’ll Do

• Support implementation of IEP goals and accommodations
• Provide 1:1 and small-group academic, social, and behavioral support
• Assist students with behavior strategies and positive behavior supports
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment
• Collect and document student progress and behavior data
• Complete daily service notes and required documentation
• Support students during transitions, lunch, recess, and other activities
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and school staff
• Participate in IEP meetings, trainings, and professional development
