Paraprofessional PCA | $23.00/hour – Coatesville (RF: 3228)
We’re hiring Full-Time Paraprofessionals to provide 1:1 support for a student with special needs and help promote academic, behavioral, and personal growth.
Location: Coatesville, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 35 hours/week
Start Date: Immediate
Pay: $23.00/hour
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Experience working with K–12 students in a classroom setting required
- Current PA Clearances (within 1 year)
- Current in-person CPR/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
What You’ll Do
- Assist with IEP implementation and classroom routines
- Provide academic, behavioral, and personal care support
- Follow behavior plans and assist with classroom management
- Communicate student progress with teachers and school staff
- Supervise students during meals, recess, field trips, and transitions
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment
