What You’ll Do
- Assist with IEP implementation and classroom routines
- Support academic, behavioral, and personal care needs
- Communicate student progress with teachers and staff
- Supervise students during meals, recess, field trips, and transitions
- Follow behavior plans and assist with classroom management
What You Need
- High School Diploma
- Experience working with K–12 students in a classroom setting
- Up-to-date PA Clearances (within 1 year)
- CPR/First Aid certification (in-person)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
