Paraprofessional PCA ($23.00-$27.00/hour) – Levittown (RF: 3202)
We’re hiring Full-Time Paraprofessionals (PCAs) to provide academic, behavioral, and emotional support for students with special needs during the 2026–2027 school year.
Location: Levittown, PA
Pay: $23.00–$27.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, School Hours
Qualifications
- 48 college credits or Associate’s Degree required
- 1+ year of recent experience working with special education students required
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Must complete required clearances and training (CPI/Safety Care within 30 days)
- Ongoing professional development required
What You’ll Do
- Support students with special needs throughout the school day
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and IEP implementation
- Provide behavioral, emotional, and academic support
- Assist with daily routines, including meals, transitions, and mobility needs when required
- Track student progress and communicate updates with school staff
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment
