Hiring Paraprofessionals (PCAs) to support students with special needs in a classroom setting.
What You’ll Do
- Support students with special needs throughout the school day
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and IEP implementation
- Provide behavioral, emotional, and academic support
- Help with daily routines (meals, transitions, mobility as needed)
- Track student progress and communicate with staff
Requirements (Must-Have)
- 48 college credits OR an Associate’s degree
- 1+ year of recent experience working with special education students
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
