Paraprofessional PCA $19-$22/hour – Chester (RF: 3247)
We’re hiring Full-Time Paraprofessionals to support students with special needs by providing academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support in a classroom setting.
Location: Chester, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, school hours
Pay: $19.00 – $22.00/hour
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Experience working in special education or behavioral support settings preferred
- Experience supporting students with complex behavioral or emotional needs preferred
- Current PA Clearances required:
- FBI Fingerprints
- PA Criminal Background Clearance
- PA Child Abuse Clearance
- Act 24
- Act 168
- Mandated Reporter (Act 31)
What You’ll Do
- Provide classroom and 1:1 student support
- Guide students toward individualized academic, behavioral, and developmental goals
- Support student participation in classroom activities
- Help create a safe, structured, and welcoming learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement and monitor student support programs
- Promote students’ social, emotional, physical, and personal development
