What You’ll Do
- Assist lead teachers with lesson plans and classroom activities
- Supervise and support students during class and transitions
- Help students with social skills, learning, and developmental growth
- Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment
- Observe and communicate student progress with teachers
What You Need
- High School Diploma (Associate’s in ECE or related field a plus)
- 6+ months classroom experience with K–12 students
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Up-to-date PA Clearances
- Dependable, patient, and supportive
Preferred (Not Required)
- CDA credential or 6 credits in Early Childhood Education
