Paraprofessional PCA $18-$21/hour – Malvern (RF: 3236)

We’re hiring Full-Time Paraprofessionals to support students with special needs in classroom settings. You’ll work alongside teachers to provide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support, including 1:1 assistance when needed.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Associate’s Degree or two years of college preferred
- Experience in special education or behavioral support preferred
- Experience supporting students with complex behavioral or emotional needs preferred
- Current PA Clearances required: FBI, Criminal Background, Child Abuse, Act 24, Act 168 & Mandated Reporter
What You’ll Do
- Provide classroom and 1:1 student support
- Help students work toward individualized goals
- Encourage participation and engagement in learning activities
- Support students’ academic, social, and behavioral development
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers to implement and monitor student support plans
