PCA Paraprofessional ($18.00-$22.00/hour) – Chester (RF: 3185)
We’re hiring Full-Time Paraprofessionals to provide 1:1 support for a student throughout the school day.
Location: Chester, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 32.5–35 hours/week
Start: Immediate
Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hour
Qualifications
- Paraeducator Credential or Associate’s Degree required
- Current PA Clearances (within 1 year)
- Experience working with children required
- Comfortable providing hands-on care and support
- Reliable and dependable
- Experience working with students with special needs (preffered)
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 support throughout the school day
- Assist with classwork and student IEP goals
- Support behavior plans and daily routines
- Assist with mobility, hygiene, and personal care needs when needed
- Track student progress and communicate with school staff
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment
