Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA – Langhorne (RF: 3260)
We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position supporting elementary-aged students in the Langhorne, PA area for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a permanent placement opportunity working within specialized autistic support classrooms serving students in grades K–3. This 10-month school-year position offers summers off with salary distributed over a 12-month period, school holidays off, additional paid time off, and accrued sick leave. The annual salary range is $75,000–$85,000, depending on experience.
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), or eligible to obtain certification within 90 days
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Education, or a related field
- Relevant behavioral experience required
- Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder required
Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom consultation regarding behavior supports, behavior intervention strategies, and classroom management techniques
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Positive Behavior Support Plans
- Deliver training and ongoing support to instructional staff and families
- Support program development through data collection, analysis, and data-based decision making
- Coach educational staff to ensure consistent implementation and fidelity of behavior support plans
- Provide supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and instructional assistants as appropriate
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral recommendations to educational planning
- Monitor student progress and make recommendations for program modifications as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by program administration
