Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA – Langhorne (RF: 3260)
We’re hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position supporting elementary-aged students in specialized autistic support classrooms.
Location: Langhorne, PA
Pay: $75,000–$85,000/year (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | 10-month school-year position with salary distributed over 12 months
Start: 2026–2027 school year

Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification through the BACB, or eligibility to obtain certification within 90 days
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Education, or related field
- Behavioral experience required
- Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder required
What You’ll Do
- Provide behavior consultation and classroom support strategies
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Positive Behavior Support Plans
- Train and support instructional staff and families
- Collect and analyze data to guide behavior programming and student progress
- Coach staff on consistent implementation of behavior support plans
- Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs and instructional assistants
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral recommendations
- Monitor student progress and recommend program adjustments as needed
- Support a positive and structured learning environment
