Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA – Aston (RF: 3223)

We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position supporting students in the Aston, PA area. The BCBA will be working with students in grades K-12 with emotional and behavioral needs. Eligible candidates must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA and have a Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field. Candidates with experience providing behavioral support within educational settings, particularly for students with emotional and behavioral needs, are preferred.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Master’s degree in education, psychology, or related field
  • Up-to-date PA Clearances
  • Experience in providing behavioral support within educational settings is preferred
  • Experience working with students with emotional and behavioral needs is preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and prepares comprehensive FBA reports.
  • Develops Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) for students using evidence-based practices in ABA.
  • Writes instructional programs to assist in teaching skills and positive behaviors and maintaining acquired skills.
  • Trains staff on FBAs and PBSPs and evaluate PBSP implementation through systematic observation, consultation, and progress monitoring reviews.
  • Develops and leads the implementation of data collection systems and analysis of data to monitor student progress.
  • Provides ongoing student, classroom, school, and intermediate unit or district consultation.
  • Participates in IEP and team meetings to discuss FBAs, PBSPs, and student progress.
  • Provides professional development to professional and non-professional staff in ABA and other evidence-based behavioral practices.
  • Lead supervisor and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Personal Care Assistants (PCA), Paraprofessionals, Crisis Managers, and staff completing internships, practicums, and/or courses in ABA.
