Optical Sales Associate / Eyewear Sales Consultant – Paoli (RF: 1802)
$23–25/hr + Commission | Training Provided | Part-Time (25-35 hrs/week)
Join a boutique optometry practice in Paoli, PA where you’ll help patients choose eyewear they love and feel confident wearing every day. We’re looking for a friendly, polished professional who enjoys working with people and has experience in retail, hospitality, dental, or similar customer-facing environments. No optical experience required – we provide hands-on training. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, styling, and building relationships but wants a more stable, professional environment than traditional retail.
What You’ll Do
- Help patients select and style luxury eyewear
- Guide patients through lens options and pricing
- Adjust and fit glasses for comfort and fit
- Create a warm, welcoming in-office experience
- Answer phones and assist with scheduling when needed
- Support light administrative tasks
Compensation & Schedule
- $23–25 per hour base pay (based on experience)
- Commission on eyewear sales
- Part-time: 25–35 hours per week
- Consistent schedule
