Paraprofessional PCA | $19-$22/hour – Maple Glen (RF: 3048)
We’re hiring Full-Time Paraprofessionals to support classroom teachers and students by assisting with learning, development, and daily classroom activities.
Location: Maple Glen, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, school hours
Start: Immediate
Pay: $19.00–$22.00/hour (based on experience)
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- 6+ months of related childcare experience required
- CDA credential or 6 credits in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Current PA Clearances required
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
What You’ll Do
- Assist lead teachers with curriculum planning and classroom activities
- Support students during lessons, activities, and daily routines
- Supervise students and maintain a safe classroom environment
- Assist students during lunch and other classroom activities
- Observe student development and communicate updates with teachers
- Implement age-appropriate activities
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
