Paraprofessional PCA | $18-$20/hour – Bethlehem (RF: 3279)
We’re hiring a Paraprofessional / Personal Care Assistant PCA to provide academic, behavioral, and classroom support to a student with special needs.
Location: Bethlehem, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM–3:45 PM
Start: Immediate
Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree required
- Experience working in a school or behavioral setting
- Experience supporting students with behavioral needs preferred
- Up-to-date clearances required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and dependable
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 support to a student throughout the school day
- Assist with academic activities and classroom routines
- Support positive behavior and follow behavior plans
- Help the student stay engaged and successful in the classroom
- Communicate with teachers and school staff regarding student needs and progress
- Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment
