As a client or potential client of Humanus, you can be assured that Humanus does not share any confidential or private information to any person or persons without specific consent. As a function of the services we provide, such as advisory, consulting, recruitment, staffing, etc., we share information with potential candidates and other individuals as necessary. However we limit the amount and volumes of information disseminated to these respective parties and restrict the sharing of unnecessary information.
Additionally, Humanus provides a very strict bilateral privacy statement in all Agreements. We do not share any confidential, proprietary or other sensitive information unless given specific consent and authorization.

Details regarding personal information is kept highly confidential and is not shared with potential clients or other groups, organizations, or people without your consent. In the event we want to share your information, a corporate representative from Humanus will contact you directly either by email or telephone.

We want to provide as full a service as possible and support you in the development of your career. Therefore, your information will be accessible by our associated companies, subject to strict security controls. In the event we share your information with any outside party, we shall take all reasonable steps to ensure the receiving party has an adequate level of data protection.
Your information will not be forwarded to any parties outside our group (with the exception of our clients, agents who process data on our behalf and successors in title to our business) without your consent.
Data retention policy
If no data activity such as updates or changes occur within 12 months then your information will be transferred from our database to a group company data store.
We have also designed our data storage systems to ensure the highest level of security. We do not allow our servers or other storage devices to be accessible by anyone other than employees or corporate agents with proper security clearance.
