Rent-A-Recruiter is CHEAPER than any other staffing model! Pricing is directly determined by the timeline, quantity, and complexity of positions and backend resources needed to be successful.
After collectively determining the scope of your vacancies and staffing needs, we will recommend how many dedicated Humanus recruiters and/or support staff you will need to be successful in hiring within the designated timeline. Costs are predictable and can be scaled up or down depending on seasonality and overall needs. Fee-Per-Hire models are very expensive and don’t offer the same flexibility and cost modeling.
