We are currently seeking Occupational Therapists for full-time positions working with 4th-12th grade students in the Phoenix, AZ 85029 area. This position is for the 2026-2027 school year and begins in July, although we are actively signing contracts now. Candidates must hold a current Arizona Occupational Therapist (OT) license and ideally have experience working with young children in a school or pediatric setting. This is an independent contractor (1099) role.

Qualifications:

• Current Arizona Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services in a school-based setting Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs
• Support students with fine motor, gross motor, handwriting, sensory integration, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure coordinated care
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with IEP goals and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
