We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position working one on one with a high school student in the Bedford, NH area. The student will need services for their entire school day (7:30am – 3:30pm) to support them with their developmental delays and behaviors. Eligible candidates must be licensed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (or a certified Special Education Teacher) and must have a up-to-date clearances.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• OR must be a certified Special Education Teacher
• Must have a Master’s degree
• Must have up-to-date background clearances
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a certification in nonviolent physical crisis intervention (CPI, CALM, Safety Care, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Observe and assess clients’ behavior challenges, set goals, and develop plans to help improve behavior.
• Assists students with the daily schedule in the classroom and daily activities along with classmates.
• Help students with sensory needs and/or breaks when needed.
• Collect IEP and/or behavior data as outlined by the child’s team
• Implement behavioral intervention programs and provide treatment and consultation services.
• Monitor and record client progress and write assessments.
• Supervise and instruct others in the field, such as behavior technicians.
• Participate in team meetings and prepare reports.
